Carano’s offers both Residential & Commercial mowing services
- Mowing of your property on a weekly basis, to include string trimming as needed.
- Grass clippings will be collected only if clumping cannot be avoided. Note: Clippings return nutrients and provide moisture back to the lawn and doesn’t promote thatch!
- Debris getting on driveways, walks or patios because of our mowing will be blown off.
- If we are unable to mow the entire lawn because of the weather, you will still be charged the full amount.
- There WILL be an additional charge for excessive height due to conditions beyond our control.
- We may not mow under drought and / or high heat conditions.
- No Cleanup service is part of this mowing service.
- Weekly invoices are emailed at no charge. If we are required to mail invoices, you will be billed 81¢ per mailing.
